BATRA GROUP SIGNS MULTIPLE LICENCE AGREEMENTS FOR HI-TEC AND MAGNUM

Following the recent acquisition by Cherokee Global Brands of Hi-Tec Sports International B.V., it was announced on the 7th December 2016 that Batra Group have signed new multiple licence agreements for the Hi Tec and Magnum brands.

The Batra Group specialize in the Global design, sourcing and distribution of apparel, footwear and accessories for the sports, fitness and wellness markets.

The master licence agreement grants the rights to manufacture and sell a wide assortment of branded footwear in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg), Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, and Scandinavia. Batra Group have also signed an apparel and accessories licence of these brands for the UK, Ireland, Iran, Western and Southern Europe and UAE.

In addition to the above, Batra Group has also signed an agreement with Cherokee Global Brands to set up a Global design and development center for apparel and accessories to service these brand’s Global licensees.

These licences will be managed through the acquisition of the current offices and warehouses of Hi Tec and Magnum based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

Batra Group have created a new company, Hi Tec Europe Ltd, to manage these licences.
