Cottons rescue

The Cottons Hotel in Cheshire is renowned for providing first class accommodation with the highest standards. Following a bathroom leak during a particularly busy period, the management team there were faced with having a room off line for a long period, as the existing carpet had been discontinued with only a small quantity of the product left on site. 

Following the f irst notification to our Contracts Team, a Renew Inspector was able to visit within 48 hours and undertake this highly effective virtually invisible repair. By completing the patch with an angled cut, this provided a more robust, long term solution in such a high traffic area.
