We deliver a wide range of flexible solutions, all tailored to your company and specific needs. Our face-to-face training includes workshops aimed at all staff to promote positive mental health and resilience; sessions to share knowledge about common mental health conditions and their signs and symptoms; as well as a workshop developed specially for managers and those in a supervisory role that allows them to explore their own mental health and resilience before providing tools to support and develop members of their team.

In addition, we offer Mental Health First Aid, a two-day course that is accredited by Mental Health First Aid England.
