eDriving®, a leading global provider of driver risk management programs, has appointed Cory Fee as Vice President (VP) of Customer Success for Asia Pacific/ Middle East and Africa (AMEA).
Cory’s appointment completes the creation of eDriving’s global customer success network that provides support to clients in over 100 countries around the world and approximately 1.2 million fleet drivers using the Virtual Risk Manager® and/or Mentor by eDriving patented closed-loop risk reduction programs.
“Cory has a diverse and fascinating background that involves managing risk for some of the world’s largest companies and keeping drivers safe in some of the world’s most challenging driving environments,” said Ed Dubens, CEO & Founder of eDriving. “I’m delighted to welcome Cory to the eDriving leadership team where his love of ‘big data’ and passion for safe driving will be invaluable in helping our clients across AMEA further reduce driver risk.”
Based in Australia, Cory started his career as a population dynamics research scientist. His interest in the utilization of technology to mitigate driving risk was inspired by a five-year stint as an expedition leader in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Cory has driven in the Sahara, Kalahari and Thar Deserts, and the Karakoram Highway/ High Himalaya and has trained company professional drivers in remote and challenging locations across the globe. More recently, he was responsible for developing and customizing driver safety policy and procedures for international oil and gas companies in the Middle East.
“My scientific research background instilled in me a passion for examining trends with a view to improving health, safety and environmental performance,” said Cory. “I look forward to applying this expertise to further strengthen eDriving’s global support network that is helping drivers and their managers across the globe improve their behaviors and attitudes, resulting in safer fleets the world over.”
Cory is an ISO 9000/14000, and OHSAS18000 Auditor, has Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) collision investigation training, and is a Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) approved Defensive/Advanced Driver Trainer and Assessor.
